Fees for uninsured services
These services are not covered by Alberta Health Care and are charged directly to the patient.
These services are billable because they take physician and staff time to complete. Our fees are within the current Alberta Medical Association guidelines for uninsured services.
- Payment is expected before any forms are released.
- We accept cash (exact amount), cheque, credit and debit.
- An appointment is required for any form request.
- Forms and paperwork are usually completed within 1 to 4 weeks.
